MRS CHIKA NWUCHE

Chika Nwuche is a childcare expert with over 15 years of experience in the childcare industry. With her passion for children and women empowerment, she launched Supernanny Nigeria. The organization was launched to provide professional childcare and elderly care services to homes, schools and corporate bodies. She is also an educational consultant for Crèche and preschool owners. She has a BSc. Economics & Statistics from the University of Benin and an MBA from Lagos State University. She is a certified Special Needs Coordinator, Applied Behavior Analytic Technician and Advanced Autism Specialist. She has attended several courses on early childhood education and has also driven several conferences on Early childhood educators. Chika started her career as a relationship manager in a bank in Nigeria and worked for 9yrs. She is the administrator of Kate Allison School for the past 15yrs. In 2016, she started Green Meadows Professional Childcare where she trains women who want to start their Crèche/preschool. This school has currently graduated 82 students out of which 34 have started their creche and pre-school. She has written several articles on early childhood education published in three different Nigerian daily.

MR. EZE WILLIAMS

Williams Eze began his career over 21 years ago as an Administrator in the Energy, Engineering and Oil & Gas of the Nigerian Economy. He is presently the CEO/Managing Director of Wheel Enegie Ltd; A Facility Management & Business Development Consultant Company. He is also the Chief operating officer at the Knowhouse Ltd; A brand communication strategy company that specializes in Training Programs in brand strategy marketing communication skills. Williams’ exposure in the Business Development environment of the sensitive Oil & Gas upstream sectors contributed mostly to the dexterity in strategic planning, Bid Compilation, proposal packaging, presentation slides development, pitches and Negotiation. Most recently, Williams had pioneered teams that have set up management, Administrative procedures, capacity building, Techniques and workflow processes for startups, New Businesses, Micro finance Banks and new schools. Williams’ passion for start-ups and youth empowerment are evident in his delivery at training programs, youth empowerment seminars and mostly as a Business Director with Sapphire Institute [ a facility configured to train & raise leaders and also design and implement solutions delivery template for sub-Sahara regions in general]. Williams Eze is also currently director of Strategy Nine Thirty transport & Logistics Company Ltd and Chief Campaign Coordinator for a new campaign on early Childhood Education in Nigeria. He is also a facilitator with Customer centricity ltd; A marketing consulting, human development and skill improvement firm. Williams studied Geography and regional planning in the University of Jos (1997) Plateau state. He is Facility Management professional [FMP] and holds a master project management certification. Williams is also a prominent founding member of APFTIA [Association of Professional facilitators and Trainers in Africa] He is married to Julia and both have a wonder daughter, Rinnah.

NURSE OBIANUJU CORLET

Obianuju Corlet is a Registered Nurse and a childcare advocate for the past 5years and still counting. She holds a diploma degree in nursing science and a certified pediatric nurse in view. She completed her school at the college of Nursing Mkar Benue state in Nigeria. Over the years, she has worked as a pediatric nurse. Using her digital skills and experience she has leveraged on her social media platforms to health educate mothers and the society on childcare and management. Her passion in health care has led to volunteer in diverse NGOs creating awareness on child care and support. Nurse Obianuju hopes that mothers and caregivers are equipped with relevant knowledge on how to navigate daily the challenges that comes with child management.

DR. MANUEL MOJISOLA NKECHI

Dr. Manuel Mojisola Nkechi joined the University of Lagos as a Lecturer in the Department of Arts and Social Sciences, Early Childhood Education Cohort in 2011. She received her B.A. (Ed) in Adult Education (English) in the 1996 from the (University of Lagos); M. ED (Early Childhood Education) in 2002; and her PhD (Early Childhood Education) in 2014 all from the prestigious University of Lagos. Dr. Manuel’s teaching interests include training, building USPs into pre-school and primary school curriculum and facilitating instructions at the undergraduate and Master’s level of ECE and primary education related courses. Her vast knowledge in her field, won her the award of Best Lecturer, 2014 in her cohort and Most Prolific Lecturer 2015 in the same cohort. In 2013, Manuel worked as a facilitator for UNICEF during the Mass Literacy's seminar for Lagos State Teachers. Dr. Manuel also served as a researcher for UNICEF, during the Campaign Against Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) in 2015. In 2016, Dr. Manuel operated in the capacity of a consultant for the Orderly Society, an NGO set up by, Prof. Yemi Oshinbajo to cater for the educational needs of disadvantaged children. She also worked as a facilitator at the Corona Schools Teacher Training College from 2014 until 2019. Between April and July 2016, Manuel joined the Chris Jolly team to conduct the Egra/Burt Reading Assessment Test for Lagos State pupils and in 2017, Dr. Manuel joined the MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teachers) team from the United States of America as a local practitioner to conduct an accreditation exercise for Heritage Montessori School. Dr. Manuel was a two-term member (by election) of the University of Lagos Senate and also served as the sandwich program coordinator of the University of Lagos, Dr. Manuel Mojisola is currently the hall mistress of Madam Tinubu Hall in the University of Lagos. She was also a one term member of the Scholarship and bursary Committee and a member of the University of Lagos students’ welfare Committee Dr. Manuel Nkechi Mojisola is happily married and with children.

MS. YETUNDE ILETOGUN

Ms. Yetunde Iletogun holds a B.sc in Geography (OAU) and an M.Sc. in Managerial psychology (Unilag). She holds a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) certification from the Qualified Applied Behavior Analyst Credentialing Board. With almost 10 years of experience in the field of behavior analysis, Ms. Yetunde has worked in a variety of settings including clinic, schools, and residential homes of clients. She works with individuals with ASD and other developmental disorder ranging from the ages of 18 months to 30 years old. Ms. Yetunde Iletogun specializes in conducting functional behavior assessments under the supervision of a BCBA, developing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients, supervision of ABA technicians and caregivers and implementing evidence-based interventions to help her clients improve their behavior, reach their full potential and live functional independent lives. She is skilled in using various behavioral techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Support (PBS). PROF. OYEKUNLE OYELAMI PROFILE

Oyekunle Oyelami had his Primary and Secondary Education in Odeomu, Osun State, the Town of his Birth. In 1989, he was admitted to Osun State College of Education where he Combined Education with History and Religious Studies and graduated as the Second Best Overall Student in 1992. Oyelami gained Admission to the University of Ibadan in 1995, where he Combined Education with Political Science and graduated with Second Class Upper Division. He enrolled for Master Degree Programme in Community Development and Graduated in the year 2000. In 2003, he enrolled for a PhD Programme and became Doctor of Philosophy, PhD in the year 2007. Oyelami joined the Services of the University of Lagos in 2010 and rose through the rank to become a Professor of Community Development and Social Work Education in the year 2022. Oyelami has served University of Lagos in Different Capacities. He is also an External Examiner to different Universities in Nigeria and Abroad. Oyelami has over 65 Publications in reputable Journals Nationally and Internationally. Oyelami is a Managing Editor of Journal of Educational Thought and has served as Board Member of the Journal of Education Review. Oyelami is the Current Vice President of Community Development Association of Nigeria, He is a Member of International Community Development Association, he is a Member of Nigeria National Council for Adult Education. MR. FRANCIS OLAYINKA SOBANDE

I am Adeniye Omolara; a Bachelor Degree Holder in the Christian Religious Studies; an Early Childhood Educator; a Jolly Phonics instructor and a Creative Art & Craft instructor. I have more than 20 years’ experience in teaching the Preschool and lower primary class! Teaching and impacting the young ones to become balanced all round (mentally, socially, physically, emotionally, academically and spiritually) had always been my vision. MRS. NKIRU OKAFOR

She is the human resource advisor for Supernannies Nigeria. She has over 15 years of experience in human resource management. She has a B.sc in Business administration from the University of Port Harcourt, an M.sc in International human resource Management from Sheffield Hakin University U.K. She is also a member of the chartered institute of personnel management. (CIPM). She is a certified Special Educational Needs coordinator.
